  6. A little bit haunting, but oh, the dreams I could conjure with that to look at before sleep!

  9. Now that's a unique view! When you say 'castle' you are not joking. Is it haunted?

  14. Beautiful contrast of light and darkness. While the sky still remains faintly bright and orange, the darkness is fallen on the castle and the ground. I guess wind is blowing and clouds are moving.

I’d like to keep up with you, too. Thank you.

  19. Your very own castle - you are so lucky. (Hope it's not haunted - or if it is, the ghosts are benign)

  20. One of the things that is so fascinating about the countryside in the UK is that you live amongst these ruins. They are normal to you. It's as if history is relentlessly looking over your shoulder, which is not a bad thing. Beautiful and sobering.

  21. Definitely more dramatic than the cow barn beyond MY hedge.

  22. I would love to visit Europe
    with my camera. My world
is younger, but so very vast
here in the Americas. Have you
checked out the 100 shots I
    have posted on my blog
with added twitku? I sort of
    borrowed the notion from
you, and it is joyful for me.

  24. Hmmm, scary. I'm hoping the neighbours aren't too noisy? But I'm sure in daylight this is a fabulous view.
